If, after a fair tryout, you are not thoroughly impressed with your WildEar® Product, we will send your money back.
1. Customer must contact WildEar®/Extreme Products to explain the problem and obtain a Return Authorization before shipping product back.
2. Customer ships WildEar® product along with original accessories included in package. Product should be packaged properly to avoid unnecessary damage. Extreme Products will provide a prepaid shipping label for transportation. You must provide us with a written explanation of the issue you have with your product and receipt of original purchase.
3. If you are not satisfied, Extreme Products will repair or replace the product at no charge or give you your money back. It’s your choice.
4. Customers 30 day trial period to begin 5 days after Extreme Products original ship date of product to customer.
This money back guarantee is for the original purchase price of the WildEar® product. It is voided if unauthorized attempts to repair product are evident. Excluded from warranty: batteries, accessories, cord damage, improper function due to wax in the earpiece, water damage or any damage caused by neglect or improper handling.
Customer’s sole right for breach of this warranty shall be the money back guarantee provided above.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, EXTREME PRODUCTS, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXTREME PRODUCTS, LLC SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR OTHER EXPENSE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF USE OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS) RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO CUSTOMER’S, OR ANY OTHER PERSON’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ITS PRODUCT. NO RECOVERY AGAINST EXTREME PRODUCTS LLC, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE GREATER THAN THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT.
